The Organizer

DJ Moises
Chairman, 2022 Transformation Summit

The Information Technology and Business Process Management or IT BPM industry is key mainly because of the young, educated, smart-working and tech-savvy Filipinos with good English communication skills. Many international research companies view the country as one of the top outsourcing and offshoring destinations in the world.  The industry is generally divided into the following sectors:  contact centers, back office services, data transcription, animation, software development, engineering development and game development.  And it’s projected to move with demand in the knowledge process space such as project management, research and development, financial services, artificial intelligence and data science.

COVID-19 is continually changing day-to-day life in unprecedented ways. The recent super typhoon that hit Cebu paved the way, too, for more lessons learned to better our industry.  The overall economic sentiment remains more positive than negative in a tele everything world we now lead and manage. What can we learn from each other? How can we best move the IT BPM industry forward?  What do we need to do to stay ahead of the transformation?

CIB.O is excited to welcome you all to the 2022 Transformation Summit and Expo. Join us and let’s together shape the next level play.
